Kimberly Wollschlager, Owner & Licensed Massage Therapist
Kimberly is a licensed massage therapist with over 21 years of experience. She received her massage therapy training at the New York Institute of Massage, Buffalo, New York. She specializes in deep tissue and medical massage. Kimberly’s focus is on using massage as a tool to reduce pain and help with injuries, such as sciatic pain, tendonitis, shoulder injuries, repetitive injuries, plantar fasciitis, and TMJ. Her years of experience enable Kimberly to provide massage therapy that is particular to each individual by isolating the specific muscle, injury, and/or inflamed area.
Over the course of her years as a massage therapist, Kimberly has studied and trained on various tools that aid in the massage process. These tools include tuning forks, Quantum touch, MFR, TP, muscle stripping, and alternating pressure.
Penny, Greeter
Kim’s dog Penny is a friendly, sociable, golden doodle pup who will make sure you receive a warm welcome. Client satisfaction is her priority, so she may also check in on you during your visit.
Jason Dibartolomeis, Licensed Massage Therapist
Jason graduated from the New York Institute of Massage in 2013 and became a certified Ashiatsu DeepFeet bar therapist in 2017.
Jason provides various types of massage from therapeutic to deep tissue massage therapy. He is also trained in pregnancy massage and medical massages, but enjoys focusing on the Ashiatsu Massage technique.
Dr. Danyelle Redmond, Chiropractor
Dr. Danyelle is a licensed Chiropractor. She obtained her Bachelor of Science from St. John Fisher University. From there, she went on to complete her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from D’Youville University.
Dr. Danyelle strives to provide the most recent evidence-based treatments consisting of a wide variety of techniques that include Diversified Techniques, Flexion/Distraction, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, and Muscular Release Techniques. Her treatments consist of chiropractic manipulations, soft tissue therapy, spinal mobilizations, rehabilitative exercises, and patient education. Born and raised in Buffalo, Dr. Danyelle has a passion for helping her neighbors feel their best with a gentle yet effective holistic approach.
Dawn Knott, Licensed Physical Therapist and Body Sculpt Technician
Dawn Knott is the owner of Boss Lady Beati operating out of Tranquil Touch. Dawn is a licensed Physical Therapist and Body Sculpt Technician. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Master in Physical Therapy degrees from D’Youville College. Dawn brings her knowledge of anatomy and physiology and exercise science in combination with her professional expertise. Creating individual and customized body sculpting treatments and packages for clients to achieve optimal body transformation results.
Dawn emphasizes the importance of taking care of your body and that your outward appearance is a true reflection of how you feel about yourself and how others perceive you. Allison DeFabbio, Licensed Massage Therapist
Allison is an experienced medical massage therapist who graduated from the New York Institute of Massage in 2004. She integrates various techniques and modalities to aid in pain management. She specializes in treating headaches, TMJ disorder, low back pain, and sports injuries.
In 2013, Allison completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Sciences.
She uses her training, knowledge, and experience to provide individualized therapeutic sessions focusing on the needs of the client.
She is also a Reiki Master.
Rj, Licensed Esthetician
RJ is a licensed esthetician through NYS. He received his schooling through The Salon Professional Academy in 2019. RJ is very passionate about creating an inclusive environment for anyone, and loves educating others about their skin concerns and benefits of specific ingredients. RJ’s passion for skincare stems from dealing with skin problems through adolescence, and struggling with finding what worked for him. He believes that skincare shouldn’t just be seen with a “self-care” mentality, but rather a necessity in your day to day routine. He can’t wait to help you with your skin care journey!
Michelle Clark, Reflexologist & Reiki Master
Michelle received her Reflexology certification in 2011 after more than 200 hours of classroom and clinical education. Reflexology certification includes the study of anatomy and physiology, business acumen, ethics and standards in the field, as well as 90+ hours of hands-on client work. Michelle chose to continue her clinical studies, and in 2014, achieved National Board Certification from the American Reflexology Certification Board.
Michelle is also a Reiki Master Teacher, trained in the Usui Shiki Ryoho system of natural healing. Having trained in levels I & II for a minimum of one year before attaining the master level, she is now able to pass attunements to others that wish to practice the ancient healing art.
Reverend Michelle L. Clark is ordained through the Universal Life Church Monastery. She can perform wedding ceremonies and other life events customized around your beliefs and needs.
Michelle is also an intuitive card reader, specializing in tarot and other oracle cards, to give clients a better understanding of the situations in their lives.
Cynthia Albrecht, Body Sculpting Technician
Cynthia is a body sculpting technician at Boss Lady Beauti inside Tranquil Touch with over 30 years of working in new business development and body image. Specializing in body image and customer relationships, Cynthia uses that experience to build relationships with new clients and give an excellent experience and results to clients.
By focusing on body image, Cynthia has been able to put the certifications she earned to good use. Over the years Cynthia may spend her days at Tranquil Touch, but it’s the happiness she can give to the clients that gets her up in the morning.
When she is not at Tranquil Touch, Cynthia is an avid tennis player and loves spending time working out & playing tennis.
